Who we are

Good services have the power to improve people’s lives inside and outside organisations.

We believe that services truly connected with people are what generates consistent and long-term results for companies.

This deep connection is not easy to be built and maintained in a context with even faster changes and uncertain future scenarios. The internal environment of organisations is also challenging: silos and philosophical misalignment between teams do not optimise operation and they can be very expensive. Therefore, the key to innovate is to humanise.

For us, to humanise processes means to design for people with people.

Bruna Plentz

Graduated in Design from the Federal University of Santa Catarina in Brazil and Università degli Studi di Firenze in Italy. Specialist in Service Design by the European Institute of Design in Barcelona and master’s student in Anthropology at Universidade NOVA de Lisboa with a specialization in Contemporary Themes. Co-founder at HOMA, has an extensive experience in leading strategic design projects for innovation. She seeks to understand human behavior to create more consistent strategies for companies. Interests in female entrepreneurship, inclusive design and sustainability.

Maria Fernanda Belatto

Graduated in Business Administration from the State University of Santa Catarina and École Supérieure de Commerce Clermont. Also a specialist in People Management certified in Service Design by Livework and in Product Strategy by Kellogg School of Management. Currently, a master’s degree student in Innovation Management, Entrepreneurship and Sustainability at Technische Universität Berlin. Co-founder of HOMA, has solid experience in leading design-driven innovation projects in companies from different sectors.
